The Prime Tech Gator 350 clears the trees and stumps to ground level closely followed by our other piece of equipment which grinds the stumps, soft rock and debris 10’ wide and up to 20” into the ground producing some of the finest topsoil around that can then be saved for the final grade. This topsoil retains all of the nutrients and the added benefit of the mulch organics mixed into the topsoil which in turn provides an excellent base to produce established stands of grass and or agricultural crops with a much higher success ratio than other means. Stands of pasture grasses have been found to resemble a five year growth establishment after only 8 to 12 months of growth. Our machines have very low ground pressure so as not to create
ruts and unsightly tracks within the property. Mulching adds
much needed moisture content and leaves the property with a
“park like” effect. As we “cover as we go”,
there is no need to worry about runoff as the mulch covers the
area, leaving little to no exposed dirt for an unsightly appearance
or erosion. |
